THILOGI TRAINS DOCUMENT PRESENTATION AND BILLS OF LADING IN EXPORT FOR EMPLOYEES
Seeking to improve staff expertise and work efficiency, THILOGI continuously organized "Document presentation skills" and "Bill of lading in import and export" training courses for its employees.
The "Document presentation" training was dedicated for nearly 40 employees from Sales, Strategy, Planning, PR, Marketing, HR, and Administration departments. After the course, learners could understand general layouts of legal documents to apply the knowledge in drafting official documents, reports or contracts... more quickly and effectively.
Further, over 30 employees were learning a comprehensive "Bill of lading in import and export" training. This interactive session delved into various types of bills of lading, clarified the distinction between primary and secondary ones, and equipped participants with strategies to navigate common risks. A dedicated practice session ensured the acquired knowledge translated into practical skills, ultimately enhancing their capacity and work efficiency.
Meanwhile, THILOGI's Southern branch, under the guidance of local Fire Police officials, orchestrated fire drills for over 40 employees. These simulations served as crucial training grounds, where participants confronted the realities of workplace fire and explosion risks. From mastering fire-fighting procedures to wielding the necessary tools and equipment, the drills equipped each individual with the knowledge and skills to act decisively in an emergency.
